 Last week, EA announced that it was teaming up with Starbreeze Studios, known for Chronicles of Riddick and The Darkness, to "reinvent one of its most acclaimed classic franchises." Our predictions then were either the previously revealed "back to the roots" Need for Speed franchise, or Road Rash. According to Kotaku, Skid Row front man Sebastian Bash may have prematurely disclosed the true identity. During an interview on The Classic Metal Show, he let slip that one of the songs on Skid Row's upcoming album "got picked up for some video game Road Rage, or Road Rash, or something like that."

| In preparation of its Q2 2008 launch SCEA will be bundling MGS 4 with a 80GB PS3 and a Dualshock 3 wireless controller ($499). Similarly, the of God of War PSP bundle (June/$199) will include the game, a "Deep Red" PSP with God of War himself, Kratos, silk-screened on the back of the unit, Superbad movie on UMD, and a download voucher for Syphon Filter: Combat Ops.

| Overlord is an action adventure set in a warped fantasy world where players can be evil (or really evil). Mid 2007 we revealed that Codemasters would be bringing Triumph Studios' latest game to PS3, and now it has been confirmed. Overlord: Raising Hell will include the original as well as the recently released extra content/addon, scheduled for this summer.

| A few weeks back Eat Sleep Play's David Jaffe mentioned that a hidden message in its fast-paced vehicular combat game Twisted Metal: Head-On: Extra Twisted Edition would reveal its next project, telling gamers to keep a close eye on the game for a cryptic message. It did not take too long for the GameFAQs people to figure out that the random numbers displayed during the Dark Past video correspond with letters of the alphabet revealing that "Twisted Metal is coming on PS Three."

| Although the 'Saw' video game was revealed late last year, Brash Entertainment confirmed at a recent press event that the title is scheduled for release Oct. 2009. The brief presentation showed a grainy trailer featuring the Jigsaw puppet, telling attending journos that they were wasting their lives playing games and we should check out WhoIsJigSaw instead.
