GripShift HD combines high-flying stunt driving with unique puzzle-solving action in an all-out, pedal-to-the-metal racing experience, optimized for the PS3 (720p, 60fps). SOE has released a free update on the PlayStation Network that decreases load times, improves the leaderboards, and adds a few new features to increase playability.
GripShift features totally enhanced HD graphics, refined gameplay and four player online multiplayer. Choose between six different vehicles in this hybrid stunt-driving, platform-action driving experience. Enjoy either single-player racing action or online multiplayer gameplay with up to three of your friends in head-to-head action. Totally re-mixed for the PS3 and available for purchase through the PlayStation Network, GripShift is a ‘must have’ game for your PS3 digital library.
GripShift Upgrades :
Faster Load Times: Players now experience faster load times between levels.
Leaderboards: Now accessible without having to first complete the level for which the player wishes to view the leaderboard. Also, leaderboards are expanded to include the ability to browse all entries, and now include car type and number of resets with entries.
Other Feature Enhancements Include:
Ability to change the vehicle without exiting a game session.
Ability to change controls from the in-game pause menu.
Ability to change current the music track from the in-game pause menu.
Access to the full Level Select menu from the in-game pause menu.
Players can now jump to the top or bottom of a leaderboard even if they arent ranked on that board.
